Sacred Himalayan Complete Pranayama Course to Go Beyond Disease, Life,

and Death

Dr. Vrushakapi, a Himalayan Yogi’s experiential revelations on the Breath, the Life

Prana + Ayama = Pranayama.

The meaning of pranayama is to use oxygen (prana) to remove pain (ayama) and to go beyond life, death, and disease.

This course is designed for all who are eager to experience the transformative power of their breath. It deepens the aspirants' understanding of how complete Himalayan pranayama techniques can help them achieve total health to propel them beyond the world of pain towards the advanced path of self-realization.

Dr. Vrushakapi

Bridging Ancient Wisdom with Modern Science

The course is taught by Dr. Vrushakapi, a Himalayan yogi, nuclear scientist, and teacher of timeless yogic traditions. Dr. Vrushakapi is widely recognized for his rare depth of experiential and scientific mastery in Pranayama, particularly within the Himalayan Yogic Traditions.

  • Initiated in the Greater Himalayas by known and unknown yoga masters, Dr. Vrushakapi follows an unbroken Guru Shishya Parampara (GSP), receiving pranayama wisdom preserved in oral tradition that is not available in scriptures or texts.

  • His understanding of pranayama is closely aligned with Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, and Swara Yoga texts, but he emphasizes that true practice must be received directly from a living Guru, not merely read about.
